Item: My Will and desire is that all the remainder of my estate after paying my
Just that to be Equally divided Between my three children ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 

Item: I also appoint my brother Richd Bradshaw my whole and sole exccutor 
to this my last will and testament made this 28rd day April 1807 ~ ~

This will was presented in Court by Richard Bradshaw the exor named in the 
Will proved by the oaths of Mike Griffin John Powers and Tabithas Bradshaw
the witnesses hereto and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of the said 
exor who make outh according to law probat is Granted him giving bond 
and Sucurity Whenupon &c

In the name of Goa Amen. I Nathan English of the County of Southampton 
Virginia being Sound in mind & memory do make and ordain this my 
last will and Testament in the manner and form following – January 
Seventh one thousand Seven hundred and nineyy five - - - - - - - - - -

Item: I Give unto my beloved wife Priscilla English fifth Acres of Land; it 
bring part of the tract of Land that I made a deed of Gift unto my 
Daughter Achea Worrell to her and her heirs forever  - - - - - - - - -

Item: I lend unto my beloved wife Priscilla English my Negro boy (Tom) 
during her natural life   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - -

Item I give unto my Daughter Sally English the Land and plantation 
Called popes place containing one hundred and fourty four Acres more 
or less to her and her heir forever _______ also I give unto my Said Daugh 
ter Sally English one Bed and furniture - also three bead Cattle and 
two Sheep to Shee and her heirs forever   - - - - - - - -- - - - - -

Item: I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth English the Land and plantation 
whereon I now live Containing one hundred and thirty five be the 
same more or less - also I Give unto my said Daughter Elizabeth one 
bed and furniture also three head cattle and two sheep to Shee

I also Give an bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth English after the of my 
beloved wife Pricilla English my Negro Boy (Tom) the shee and her heirs forever 

And my will and desire is that the remainder of me estate that I have 
not already willd away Should be lent unto my beloved wife during her 
natural life and after her Death tobe equally divided between my 
three Children Achras Wornell Salley English and Elizabeth English 
and I do appoint and nominate Charles Birdsong an executor and my 
beloved wile Priscilla English Executrix of this my last will and testa-
ment utterly revoking and disannuling all and every other will and 
Legacies Testament and bequeath whatsoever before by me mentioned -

At a court held for the county of Southampton on the 22nd day of 
December 1807. This will was presented in Court, proved by the oath of 
Charles Birdsong and James Worrell two of the witnesses hereto and 
Ordered to be recorded and Charles Birdsong the exor refusing in Court 
to qualify thereto. therefore on the motion of Jordan Barrett who 
made oath according to law for administration with the will annexed 
the same is granted him giving Security whereupon &c

In the name of God Amen I Henry Briggs Senr of the County 
of Southampton and state of Virginia, being sick and weak of  
body but of Sound and disposing mind and memory do make 
and Ordain this to be my last will and Testament in manner

Imprimis: It is my will and desire, and I do hereby direct my executor 
hereafter named, So soon after my death as they shall adjudge 
for the best, Sell at publick Sale Such part of my personal estate   
as they Shall think can be best spared as shall and may be Sufficient 
with my outstanding Debts to pay and Discharge all my just Debts
